I am not a guy but there are men/guys I have been with who did like those things-- though not the two you mentioned with the same person. Usually it's not your finger that's in his ear, but your tongue. There are a number of men who are nipple sensitive (theirs, not just mine) and if it doesn't gross you out, then do it. It doesn't hurt *you*.. well the manual (technique or book?) is of some interest to guys.
